What is Victor's AI Assistant?

Victor's AI Assistant is a personal AI-powered productivity tool that connects to Google Workspace services to help the owner manage email, files, and scheduling.

Google Data Access

The assistant accesses the following Google services on behalf of the authorized user:

• Gmail — Read, draft, and manage email messages to assist with communication tasks.
• Google Drive — Read, create, and organize files and documents for productivity purposes.
• Google Calendar — Read and manage calendar events to assist with scheduling.

How Your Data Is Used

Google data accessed by the assistant is used solely to carry out tasks requested by the authorized user. Data is processed in real time to fulfill assistant functions and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the requested task.

Data Sharing

No Google user data is sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third parties. Data is only accessed and used by the assistant on behalf of its authorized user.

Data Retention

The assistant does not permanently store Google user data. Any temporarily cached data is discarded after the task is completed.

Security

Access to Google services is authenticated via OAuth 2.0. The assistant requests only the permissions necessary to perform its functions and operates under the principle of least privilege.

Your Rights

You may revoke the assistant's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
