Description of the Service

Victor's AI Assistant is a personal AI-powered productivity tool that integrates with Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. The Assistant helps the authorized user manage email, files, and scheduling through AI-driven interactions.

Google Account Authorization

To function, the Assistant requires access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By granting access, you authorize the Assistant to read, create, and manage data within Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

Permitted Use

The Assistant is intended for personal productivity use by the authorized user. You agree not to use the Assistant for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Data Handling

Your use of the Assistant is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Google data is accessed, used, and protected. No data is shared with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Assistant are owned by victoref.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, victoref.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Assistant. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, missed communications, or scheduling errors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. victoref.com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Assistant.

Service Modifications

victoref.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Assistant at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Assistant after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
